This company has a good website, but don't be decieved. After I submitted payment for bridesmaid's dress, the screen popped up with a "payment failed" message. However, they sent me a confirmation email that it had gone through.

To be safe, I tried to contact them before attempting to order again, since I was seeing two different things going on. They have no way to contact them from the United States. I tried sending an email to the email address the had listed. I got an email back saying that that address had been deleted.

I hit their Instant Messaging link to talk to a customer service representative. They asked me to enter my email address because they were currently unavailable. They never messaged me back.

I instantly checked my bank account. They charged my debit card twice for the one dress. I have sent over 20 messages and have never gotten a response from anyone. DO NOT order from this company.

I am having the same issues. I am waiting for a bridesmaid dress I ordered back in January 18/2014.The email address they have does  not exist. On the webpage there is a "chat" offered to you but when you click on it, it does not work. You have to write the comments instead. I have not received a response or a notification after that whatsoever. Also, I had received a confirmation order number on the day of the payment went through, and I tried to check it, well, it turns out that the system does not recognize my email address.

So I thought that probably I had not created an account with them, so I tried to register and it did not let me because "my email address was already in the system". Then I thought that maybe my password was wrong, so I clicked on "forgotten password" to retrieve it, but guess what? They could not send it to my email address because it is not in the system! So, go figure! I am not sure if I  am going to get the dress, and if I don't, then I have been ripped off and I will need to buy a last minute dress because the wedding is just around the corner!
