On March 3rd 2015 I paid for the following services from Karma Zain listed below. Since March 3rd 2015 I have emailed Karma directly with the forwarded confirmation email I recieved from my order. I also reached out to her via facebook and all of her websites for two years and she never responded to any of my messages and I know she got all of them. I also sent her text messages and voice messages and left my order number and contact information and she ignored that as well.
This is not something that I like doing but I feel that Karma Zain is a con artrist and takes advantage of vunerable people who are in need of help. In two years not once did she reach out to me to apologize for taking my money for the services listed below and not doing the work. I have all the emails I have ever send to her regarding this situation. I thought she was an honest person that could be trusted but I was very wrong. All I want is my money back for the work I paid her to do that she never did. I took so long to file this complaint because I hoped that she would be a decent considerate business women and do the right thing and contact me with an apology and refund my money but she never did. I am filing this report because I don't want anyone else to be taken advantage of like I was.
