I had ordered a minibike for my 8 year old son. As soon as I received the bike I noticed that there were several problems. First, the decals were ripped and had holes in them. The front fender was broken, and someone(had to be at shop)tried welding the piece back on while the plastic was on. I received it with burnt plastic and the smell was horrible. The engine had bolts missing and the tools that were with it were just thrown in the box. Did I mention that the tools didn't even fit the bolts and screws!?! When I called,a guy named Bob answered and I told him my problems...he said to me exactly"well, what do u want me to do about it,we have to many orders. I don't know what to tell you". I was not happy. I went out and bought the tools myself. I then found another problem...the engine pull start wasn't working. I called back and Bob answered. I asked if I could talk to someone else in customer service. The person I was given to didn't want to give me his name and acted as if I was bothering him also. I told him the same exact thing I told Bob. He said I can send it back but wasn't garunteed a speedy refund(meaning,I couldn't replace my son's present in time for Christmas. I'm not rich) He also told me that they couldn't send a different bike but the same model to me. He wanted me to buy a more expensive model that they had. I proceeded to tell him that his company told me that they check ALL the bikes then put them back in the box and ship them. This is same thing Bob told me. After 15 mins on the phone he recanted his statement and told me that they never check what's in the boxes and they don't retail they just distributed motor bikes from China. So if that's the case then WHY does the motorbike have an inspection tag on the handlebars that is in English and says inspection received an A. Meaning there's nothing wrong with it.? I told him this and he started to get into a shouting match with me with obscenities and proceeded to laugh at me then hang up. I tried calling back but now all I get is an answering machine or hang up. So I called from a different number and got just a hang up. Now I'm scared to send the bike back due to the conversation we had and am thinking they won't send my money back quick enough just like was stated earlier,or at all. Now my son won't have a present under his tree because of it and it seems like 2 people running 3 or 4 different warehouses in different states lie about their customer service and or sale record to sell bikes. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PPL EVEN IF IT'S YOUR LAST OPTION. It was my last option and I found out the hard way. They will never get my service or any reference to anyone I know as long as I live or they are in business. Which ever comes 1st.
