Who twisted your arm and made you seek out psychic readings? Who forced you to hire them? Who forced you to stay online for thousands of dollars? Who forced you to go back to them over and over EVEN AFTER THEIR PREDICTIONS DID NOT COME TRUE? If you go to a restaurant and discover that a certain dish on the menu isn't any good, would you keep ordering it? If you go to a restaurant and get bad service, would you keep going back? Instead of acting like victims, move on with your lives. This is simply one obsession and addiction replacing the previous one.

Please know that if you e-mail, fax, mail, call or attempt to contact Kasamba in ANY way with indisputable proof of your claim all you will get is repetitive e-mails informing you that the issue is "being investigated". They will do NOTHING. If you persist they will ask you to submit your proof time and time again. This does nothing but buy time for them. I sent them volumes of documentation including billing errors, proof of "Experts" posing as several different people, e-mails from other "Experts" giving me assistance and insight on what really goes on and NOTHING was done. They just keep giving me the same line of crap that they are "investigating" my claims, that when an "Expert" takes you off line it is not their responsibility, etc., etc. They will NEVER compensate anyone or issue refunds. They just stand their ground that anything that happens to a customer is the customers problem. They ignore the fact that their "Experts" are clearly manipulating their reviews and are lieing about their "credentials". Kasamba does NOT review or check into ANYONE that they allow to be an expert. I KNOW this because I filled out the simple on line "application" to be an "Expert" and within MINUTES I received a "Welcome to Kasamba" e-mail with detailed instructions on how to "chat with customers on line", "take telephone calls from customers" and "how to bill". The instructions also included detailed information on how I would be listed on the site in relationship to my hours of activity and reviews. This e-mail of acceptance as an "Expert" was sent MINUTES after submission of my information. They NEVER even cross-referenced that I am the same person that has relentlessly complained to them about their tactics and policies. As soon as I informed Kasamba of this to proove how fraudulent they are....THEY DELETED MY ACCOUNT AND BLOCKED MY ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT....now, I cannot access all the VOLUMES of nasty e-mails I received from "Experts" after I contacted them about their fraudulent practices and requests for refunds. I also cannot access all the e-mails I received from "Experts" trying to help me deal with Kasamba where they state they have been trying to "clean up the site for the decent and legitimate people working on it". All I can say at this point is "where there is smoke...there is fire" and the truth will come to light and those of us that are working to protect the future innocent victims of Kasamba WILL prevail.

No i understand what you are saying. In regard to using the same picture, who could be so blatnatly dumb? I noticed that "Amber Insights" and "Larkeden" look very much alike, enough to be the same person with different hairstyles. Was this one that you found too? If not check out both pictures, they could be sisters! Rock on Janice!

I do intend to disseminate the information. It is just that I really AM an expert in compling and disseminating research (as those in the KV group know because they have recieved emails from my work) but I always work to a set project plan in any research that I undertake. I can't and won't release it before it is completed. It is almost finished but it is a process and others are currently reading it to ensure that I have not made any mistakes. I do know what I am doing and because I have the benefit of protection under an academic disclaimer and copyright (yes, I have checked and it is valid in the USA under the Berne Agreement - Freya or some other person intent on attacking me alerted me to this issue :...lol) I am an appropriate person to take responsibility for dissemination.

Thanks for your comment and question. I have been sent a lot of my research from people who have established the proof and K support has ignored it. For example, I was sent a list of psychics with multiple accounts (several people have more that 4 accounts) and I just double checked it before I put it in the report. For example, in one report, the expert inadvertently signed off in a reading using the name she uses in another profile and the client mentioned it (BIG Freudian slip..lol). Others actually use the same picture on the profile. The research has several sections. I have over 40 pages of research on multiple profiles and 100 pages on experts defrauding clients. In the section on defrauding clients I have checked the feedback from clients on experts sent to me by people who have had a bad experience. Therefore I am not just relying on information from what one person. In order to demonstrate that this expert is indeed into defrauding clients I have found multiple complaints and put that in the feedback. April, the point of doing this was always to try and initiate change and I do have a dissemination plan. However, implementation depends upon the response from the new owners of Kasamba. I honestly don't think they can ignore it. Suffice it to say that the research includes some potentially damaging information. I honestly don't want to say too much in an open forum. Mostly I don't want to talk too much about the research in this forum because some people who post here are untrustworthy. The research is almost done. But to reach this point I had to endure some really hurtful comments at a time when I was emotionally quite low. It is beyond me how people can stoop so low. However, I must say the end result was positive in that I was kindly given so much information. So to answer your question I do plan to disseminate it and will post that information when the time comes. I am so wary of this forum because of the idiots that post here but I can promise you the new owners are in for a bit of a surprise very soon.

Hi Janice, I think the work you are doing is great. I was wondering how you are getting your proof? Are you just looking into reviews? Are you getting IP addresses and how? How do you compile your solid proof? Also is it possible that you could publish the report for us to read? If not here, maybe on a free website? That would be a great idea, such as a reference guide for those who want to use the psychics and your site can give them some good advice so they dont get scammed. I think it would be wonderful to have this information available to all. Thanks again for your hard work.

Honestly, we DO have that much. I know cos I just finished collating it. The person that Jane identified in this post is included. This person is also in two other sections that cover: 1. sexual harrassment of clients 2, trying to scam them through selling fake 'work' (spells). The people that P mentioned are also in there for a range of scams including multiple accounts. By memory Jazz has or has had around 10 accounts that we could find and yes often two or more are operating at the same time. If someone is running multiple accounts it is unlikely that they are honest. Lets put it this way. We have now collated over 250 pages of research (really we do have that much) and most experts identified as fradulent either have multiple accounts or operate in a little group like Christopher P. Conversely, very few experts who only have one account are included in the research.

P....WHY do experts have multiple accounts? Because it's part of a scam that's why. As a client, you go to an expert for a reading, and then if you go to another, and have a reading but it's the same expert then the reading is going to be so incredibly accurate that you think they are massively gifted, give them high ratings and return. But not before you went to one of their other accounts first. So effectively you are being read by the same expert under different profiles and thinking that they are all gifted beyond belief (until your predictions made don't come true that is). You are simply being recylcled and paying to be! There is NO OTHER reason that so called experts have multiple accounts, apart from to rip you off! Think about what your saying, you never had a bad experience from being read by the same expert under different names. It doesnt make sense to say that, you are being ripped off because it's the same person doing the reading with all the info on you and your situation already in front of them! If you know that an expert has more than one account...STAY AWAY, PLEASE, because you absolutely are being taken for a ride.

I know I've reported this account before.... DYNAMIC Phsychich Jazzmyne -- this one was under a different name though. And there's another account under this person with a different name. Sometimes both are online at the same time and charge different amounts. Nothing was ever done. I stumbled on another one today just by pure chance. Psychic Zoya -- In just surfing I realized Psychic Spellbound is the same person as this one. I have never really had BAD experiences per se by these readers but tell me why it's OK for them to have more than one account?

Hi I am sorry to hear of your misfortune at the hands of someone trying to take advangtage of those seeking true help. Kasmaba which was an Isreal owned company was recently purchased by the American company Liveperson. Considering they paid a reported 50 million usd for the company, I am sure they would be intetrested in the actual way they handle client complaints. If nothing else to have fire put to their heels, to take some action. I have discovered there are several families which are legitimate working on kasamba, sisters, husband/wife teams etc. but I reviewed the accounts you broght to question because in my searches I had pegged her for fake from the energy I got from her profile madam haripolle. I didnt know about the other profiles but looking at them I can tell they come from the same person. Diction puctuation so on, are identical with just enough info changed to get by the proof readers of the siteFather changed to husband so on so forth. One thing I would like to ask of you is why you would seek out the counsel of someone riding so heavily on the coattails of a spouse/close family member? In particular, why would you seek out someone that says the have lifelong experience then sates in almost the next sentance, they have nine years experience? Then lists one of the things they have experience with as meditation? How hard is it to sit around all day an NOT think? Here in the states they have two terms for it, if your poor we call them couch potatoes. If they are rich we call them politicians. I hope the info helps at least to get rid of one(or several) fake. Love and light, That Girl.
