Kay Jewelers More Ripoffs Than You Can Imagine Horrible customer service, bad quality in jewelry Virginia Nationwide
They are the worst jewelry store to ever deal with or to ever buy from. My ring has been in repair for almost a year or even more. My husband purchased it back in July of 2002, and it has been nothing but chaos. It started with a cracked baguette and to fix it the cut the baguette from the crack off and then filled in the whole with gold from the mounting. Since then its never looked the same.
That happened in March of 2003. Oh wait a second and it's March of 2004 and where is my ring? Not on my finger. They supposedly are doing all they can to make the ring look like it did when he proposed to me. Yeah after a year of trying they still can't do it. And I don't even get phone calls to let me know the status. 6 times I have called to check the status and everytime "oh mama your ring is completed you can come in a pick it up." I get to the store and nothing has happened to it or they have damaged it more.
Tell all of you friends never ever buy from them, and all those stores linked to them.
