Kayak Lake Powell, Kyle Walker ripoff, to expensive for services provided Page Arizona
I made reservations for a package trip of camping and kayaking Lake Powell for two nights and three days. Kyle, the owner was very disorganized and misplaced our reservations. After I provided proof of our plans, he told me to telephone him when I arrived in Page. He was very difficult to connect with but finally we met at the marina.
We boarded a small old boat in disrepair, with the kayaks on top (they immediately fell off in open water). The camping facilities were beyond primative, the food provided was the cheapest and nastiest available and the kayaks themselves were in poor condition and needed repair. Kyle was a knowledgable guide but indifferent to the comfort of his guest. This experience was extrememly overpriced for the services provided. Never again!
