I'm sorry that you experienced this but I a few people with pools from kayak east coast and they had nothing but positive experiences. I even know an installer that worked there. Did things ever get worked out?

After all, you take time to reply and check on this site for all who complain about your outfit and operations. I can back up whatever I type here. If you Mike spent half the time doing what's fair and right and stop your deceptive advertising practices than what you spend here, maybe people would stop complaining about you! So, tell me Mike, since you need so many homeowners for demo sites, why don't you put up or shut up? Put your signature on every fake demo agreement paper that includes "You are responsible and liable for any injury or accident that would occur on any visit on that pool owners property, and include a letter to their homeowner's agent/company." We in this business have seen you need demos every year since all of you have been operating the deceptive advertising, now you list in the Money Clip ad, the Sea Isle, Mariner, Regal Duchess and you show the picture of the Poseidon pool, Atlantis model with a fence. You must live in your own dream world and think that pool buyers are ignorant. We all know it's 100% bait and switch, you offer few models to sell and are just a sales company. You want to sell a pool for $25,000, far more than it's worth, train your reps to do the "demo price drop", get your money fast and forget the service, liner blowouts and the rest. America does not choose Kayak Pools as the best as you advertise, show me your poll. So, you need to get a life bud, a honest one...

First, I am not an ex employee of you or Kayak. I have I would imagine far more experience in pool sales than you. I have seen your deceptive money mailer ads for many years. Do not say you don't advertise this way. I have "personally" sold thousands of pools in Va, how about you? I have the experience and proof of what I say, even known some of your salesmen and I have sold that Posiden pool several times. You represent here, I am a rookie, so get real! How many sell outs and name changes there in Md. now for you? I sell behind you all the time, keep up the good work.

First off we have no employees outside the state of MD Sales representatives (sound like this is what you were) come and go mostly because they can't make a living working on a straight commission. Order takers are not salespeople you either have it or you don't you probably didn't!! as for ads in VA we do not call our pools any name other than what they are. So you need to get you facts straight!!!! Kayak East Coast DOES NOT even service Virginia so again I guess you need to get your facts straight

Kayak, east coast as it is called is so afraid of it's competition it resorts to showing a picture in it's magazine ads of an Atlantis pool with a deck, then is calling it the "Sea Isle" or now the "Bermuda King" that looks similar,a ripoff name of another company model which has threatened suit over this misleading practice as well it advertises it for $6,995 in it's ads, when they know it's a lie. They show 1 picture, misname it with a competitors pool that is franchised only and at a below selling price of the competitor so when a better salesman sells his pool, they can say they sell it for a lot less. It's just a ploy to get inside a house and mislead people so they can sell them what they want to and that is a Kayak pool at a much greater profit. Ask them to show you where these "Bermuda King" pools are installed by them and show the proof that is what they are called! In the field I hear of their poor service and failing liners that the customer can't get anyone to come out and do proper work. It's all about making the sale and after the sale and the finance company has paid them, then forget you! In house financing is just a way to own your property if you do not pay, pool loans are home improvement loans and attached. Demo programs are not real, it's just a way to seem ligitimate in dropping a pool price for a sale. Another thing they copycatted!

Kayak only offers financing as a service to our customers. We do not profit off of the financing, nor can we control the interest rate. The rate is given to us by banks or financing corporations. The homeowner control the rate by his/her credit score.
