On November 2nd 2004. I purchased Kazaa Plus, I was routed to newgenpay.com, where I paid 29.95 and was told that I would recieve a proof of purchase from Kazaa, that I was to enter that code into a field provided on the registration form. Well I did all that and kept getting an error code that stated "Customer not found or Proof of Purchase incorrect."

Well I have been emailing these guys since that date and all they do is auto generate an email that says the following:

From: Support

Subject: Help Response

Dear Kazaa Plus Customer,

Thank you for your support request. At present we are making some changes to improve our support and are responding to a backlog of questions. Please be patient and we will address your specific support request as soon as possible.

Thank you for your understanding,

Kazaa Plus Support.

PS - The Kazaa Plus Help pages are accessible through your Kazaa Plus application and may provide a quick answer to your question while you wait.

This auto generated message comes with every request for assistance. I have a file full of the same message do not be taken in by these guys, they don't send a real response to an inquiry that should be a hint as to what they think of all the dummies like me that bought a product from a scam like kazaa.
