Anza,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

I had drove for them a few years back and when I had moved out of state they made an agreement with me that I could park my truck at a secure location and that they would give me enough driver unloads to help with the cost of flying home for my home time. After being out for 22 days straight they only got me 1 driver unload and that was only enough to pay for a greyhound bus ticket one way and I had to go over my hours just to make the bus because it only had 1 every 24 hrs going back to my home. After that fiasco I had e-mailed my dispatcher that It wasn't going to work out and that I was cleaning my truck out over the weekend they promptly claimed that I had abandoned my equipment and that I had not given them notice.
