Called these people to cancel my Direct Debit for servicing my vacuum. Been charging me £15 per month for years and it turns out that since January 2014 they are no longer allowed to carry out Servicing on beharl of Kirby Vacuum Company. Turned nasty when I insisted I want to stop my D/D. Said they'd take the money anyway. Woman called Joane. Arrogant and hostile. Stay well clear they are not to be trusted.
