I have two signed Promissory notes from Keith Luker and Jason Church dated 11/15/06. The total amount wired was $40,000 to Jeremiah Equity Partners, LP Wells Fargo bank account. I haven't seen a penny from this. I have a large list of others Keith has scammed with their so called Real Estate Investment deals. TO make matters worse, he sends emails from his PropheticWorshipRadio.net email account to raise money for his so called "deals" from Christian folk. Here's an example of an actual email sent from Keith, from his PropheticWorshipRadio.net email account.
