Kellogg Company has the Most Horrible, Disgusting, Rudest "No Customer Service Department In The World!
I just called the 866-958-7884 toll free number today being tuesday, january 12, 2016 at approximately 10:00 a.m. e.s.t., some very rude, rude, rude male employee named austin answered the phone saying kashe instead of saying kellogg company and when i asked him who kashe was twice, he hung up on me!
Then i called again and he answered the phone and i asked to speak to the manager and then he rudely offends and insults me by confirming with me if i want to speak to the manager even though he clearly heard my request and then i said to him, "do you understand english"?
Then he hangs up on me again!
Kellogg Company has the most, disgusting and rudest "no customer service" in the world!
Shame on you Kellogg Company!

The toll-free number you called belongs to the Kashi Company in Canada. If you go to the Kelloggs website and click on Contact US, you will see Kellogg's toll-free # is completely different. You were calling the wrong number but sounds like you were getting angry at the CSR over your mistake. Did you curse or scream into the phone? If so, the CSR may be following company policy by disconnecting the call. I don't know for sure, I don't work for Kashi or Kelloggs, but I do know some companies instruct their reps not to listen to verbal abuse and to just hang up. At any rate, I sugggest you visit the Kelloggs website, click on "contact us" and there you will see the correct 800 number. Hope this helps.
