Wanted to purchase a trained doberman, so i went to kelly wise, we met at a boy scout camp in statesville supposedlly owned by her church, this I am investigating this also.
She showed us a dog and we agreed on purchase, provided down payment of 2500, communication was good up until
i sent her another thousand, then do to health reasons i could not get dog and asked for at least half money back
she agreed via email and never heard from her again until months later when she sent email
stating she will return all my money in spring awhen her husband goes back to work, and apologized for delay, still waiting
for money and unable to contact her.

Oh yes I am aware of his postings. I do not read them but I have someone looking into it due to the fact that much of what he is posting is libel.
I am aware that he posted your email of you asking him if he could help you in returning your money which is why he is emailing you. He has already had one of his postings removed.
I will let you know that to become involved in this will not help me to return the money. If my business is affected then so is my cash flow. I do not respond to what he posts because I believe it is in poor taste. From what I have been told it is either lies - I am not a dog trainer, what my dogs cost, I have a record or people who have bent the truth to a sympathetic story.
My husband is not working and winter (jan/feb) is our slowest time. I would like to set up a payment plan with you if that is agreeable. I do not or have never had any intention of not paying you. I know you offered a $1500 refund but since I will have to pay you in payments I would like to give you $2000. Since I know payments are not preferable but I do want you to receive your money. He will return to work full time as the weather gets better and then I can pay what is left in full. I hope this, even tho not ideal, will solve the issue.
