Kelvin Puppy Home Don't buy any puppy from this website, it's a scam Hagerstown Maryland
Unfortunately, I have fallen in a fraudulent scam using this website, they sell puppies and at first ask you so many questions that you think they are for real.
I have chosen a little female called Maggi and he told me to make the transfer first.
So I made a money transfer to this person of $590.00 using MoneyGram , the seller "James Obino", not sure if this his real name, told me that he was going to book the flight to ship the puppy to me, but for my surprise, I got an email from the "pet carrier" asking for more money, also to be transfered trhough MoneyGram", for insurance, so as I didn't know anything about , I decided to call the seller. And for my surprise he said that he didnt know anything about it. So, I noticed that I had fell in a scam.
The value for the insurance was $ 970.00 And it was refundable.
The person that I should pay for the insurance to transport the puppy is called Mr. David Lobon, also from Hagerstown-Maryland, zip code 21740.

I have all the documents/emails/ phone calls to prove.
I really hope these guys get punished and banned from the Internet.
