Kelvin Xuna, will at any chance take the oppurtunity to scam you. I was late rent and he tried to apply my labeled rent payments to late fees, essentially keeping me always late. He also moved my belongings repeatedly and property came up missing while he did so. He is also refusing to forward my address because he is a business zoned residence first and is simply doing so out of retaliation as many people have their mail delivered to his address. I have also had my mail opened up before it was put into the community pile.
