This is Chris Davis and I am writing this to settle something that should have never been put on here in the first place.  As much and as hard as I have tried, this site will not let me remove these postings that I have posted myself nor use my old account I used on here again because I do not have access to those credentials anymore.

     I want to start off by saying that this was a PERSONAL attack on Kenney and had nothing to do with his business.  His businesses have always been run with the utmost integrity and professionalism especially where I am concerned.  As I said, this was personal and was false and should never have been posted just to try and hurt him professionally.  I know this was a while back but the consequences are still felt by him and everyone that was involved.  Kenny Lessing is not a bad guy and in fact, he is a great guy and for anyone reading this, no, we have not talked since this was started back in 2009/2010, but the effects are still here, if at all, consciously and unconsciously.

     If you are looking for something bad on Kenny Lessing and his Real time business or any of his businesses, then you will not find it coming from me because regrettably and humbly, I am sorry for all of this...

     With this being said, I am not looking for any kind of forgiveness, only that my apology is accepted but if not, I surely understand...

Today, December 12, 2010, a judge decided, with all of the evidence that was brought forward to her, that Lindy, his Wife and 3 children were granted a PERMANANT Order of Protection against this monster.

They are being relocated to an undisclosed location because of the danger of them all from this very dangerous man and the true harm that he has presented these people in the past.

(You will be getting a copy very soon Mr. Lessing) You were served papers for a court summons on the 19th of November and the court date was the 23rd of November and then continued until today which you did not show up for court, did not call or make any attempt to dispute the charges.

Another word to the wise (unwise), there was two different Private Investigators hired and you want to talk about being unfaithful, you need to check yourself again and realize what you will do if you try and do anything in Family Court. You know exactly what I am talking about... If you think that messing with Allison because her family has money, you can't fight the evidence, plus several participants have stepped forward to testify against you for being unfaithful over the years... Yes, fight fire with fire and you can't whine and cry about the mistakes you yourself have made... You have lost before you even started...

Remember, this restraining order is FOREVER and you will NEVER be able to harm these beautiful people again!

I am a person that is seeing both sides of this.  I have been a victim of Domestic Violence and I know for a fact that a man can be pushed to a limit that he strikes a female.  No human is perfect.  We all have faults.  Let the courts judge and punish, that is their job.

I also know that there is no reason that a parent should not be able to see or speak to their child.  Be it that the parents may not get along, it is not right to try to make a child hate their parent.  Let the court decide what time of visitation is correct. No matter what the parent tells the child, tries to sway the child, at some point the child will be able to decide on their own if they believe the mother or the father.

Like I said, there isn't one person on the face of this earth that is perfect.  I don't care if they have cancer.  Murders get cancer too. I don't care where they work they work, policeman have been arrested for rape, child molestation, murder, etc.  I don't know you.  I don't care where you work. If you were the President of The United States of America you would still not be perfect and still make mistakes and still have points of terrible judgment.  I don't care about someone named Dorothy.

I don't care about a persons past, their present position in life, how much money they have in the bank, where they live, or what they drive.  I hope I am making myself clear.

IN NO WAY SHAPE NOR FORM SHOULD ANY HUMAN ON THIS PLANET TRY TO MAKE A CHILD NOT LOVE THEIR PARENT!!!  EVEN CHILDREN THAT WERE RAPED BY THEIR PARENT STILL HAVE LOVE FOR THEM!!  I DON'T CARE IF YOU AND MR LESSING HATE EACH OTHER...HE NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO SEE HIS KIDS AND HIS KIDS NEED TO BE ABLE TO SEE HIM!! EVEN IF IT IS SUPERVISED BY A NEUTRAL PARTY. NOT YOU..NOT THEIR MOTHER...A NEUTRAL PARTY AND LET THEM KIDS DECIDE IF THEY WANT TO SEE THEIR FATHER.  NO MATTER WHAT YOU OR THEIR MOTHER CAN'T CHANGE THEIR DNA!!! FOR THE REST OF ETERNITY THEY WILL BE MR LESSINGS OFFSPRING. THAT IS SOMETHING THAT CAN'T BE FAKED IN A SCREENSHOT OR CHANGED IN A EMAIL.

He plead guilty to the misdemeanor charge of assault on a Female and got 18 months probation and was sent through an anger management program for 6 months as well as a drug and alcohol program.

The FBI is not going to give specifics on anyone until the investigation is over and it has gone through the federal courts.. To be very honest, I personally don't believe the man was on drugs nor had a problem with alcohol but that was part of his sentence...

I never really thought Kenny was a bad guy until all of this happened and he started trying to end a lot of people's internet businesses because he wants to be the biggest one.

It is noted that with ebay, he was also doing this to other sellers and Ebay had enough of it and found out about the baseball card scam and banned him for life...

I totally disagree with what you are stating Mr Davis. A) I searched Mr Lessings records while he was arrested for a felony, the judge did not find it a felony and he has a misdemeanor to the Dec 2009 date. I have read this story on many other sites, and being basically nosy, wanted to see what I could find out for myself instead of being swayed by either party. B) Mr Lessing has an ebay account. I searched, It is there. He is not "banned for life" If he were "banned for life" he would not be able to have a PayPal account as Ebay and PayPal are the same entity. C) I searched your name as well Mr Davis, and I am finding many untruths in your background.

I did notice on ripoffreport.com that you have 2 separate complaints, from 2 different people, that you were selling the same text ad exchange sites over and over to multiple people. Is this a normal business practice of yours?

Look at this Man's record (Kenneth Robert Lessing JR.) and decide who is the upstanding person here. I only helped a Woman and her Children escape an abusive monster and if that is wrong in any way, then I am wrong. Mr. Lessing has a Felony record and I work for the US Government. These sites that he speaks of was owned by his Wife and she gave me login names and passwords to go into the server and help her sell them so she could get away.

His so called screenshots and Emails are bogus because he takes the headers and footers off original emails that were written a long time ago and then manipulates them to say whatever he wishes.
