on october 28,2002 i entered into an agreement of sale to purchase a property for $25,000. thus far i have paid sellers $17,000 in addition to making several thousand dollars in repairs on property.
one of the seller's showed me a deed to the property during showing of the property, stating that he owned property "clear and free".
in September 2003 i submitted information to title co. for a settlement. however the title co. has found over $70,000 worth of leins against property!
