I came across Kevin Mills at a Learning Annex seminar. I wrongly thought that they vetted their speakers--they don't. The seminar was well-presented, so I was an easy mark for his so-called Millionaire 101 program. You pay him anywhere upwards of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS in exchange for a weekly one-hour, private mentoring session (I received 2 of 52 by telephone and 1 of 52 in person but that was it. He still owes me 49 sessions), books and materials (crappy photocopied pages, inserted upside-down into a plastic spiral ring), unlimited access to real estate workshops and seminars for a full year (none of which ever took place), and waiver of the $5,000 assignment fee to run-down properties he would refer his suckers to in drug- and crime-infested neighborhoods in Cleveland. He claims to have been born in Worcester, MA, and brought up in Cleveland, OH, in March of 1967 (for all you investigative bloodhounds out there--SIC HIM!). He strung me along for the ninety days necessary for his transaction to clear PayPal. Then it was sayonara. He changed all of his phone numbers, shut down his website, and that was it. His goons would say that he was living in Grand Cayman. This man should be hunted down by the FBI for perpetrating this fraud nationwide. All of the rebuttals that were posted in favor of him were posted by him, I promise you. He, in his own words, "wears many hats." Online, he can be a hundred false companies, and he is. None of the rebuttals gives an actual company name with an actual rep's name from that company or a legitimate phone number. All of his phone numbers go straight to voicemail. You never get a live person. I've wanted to take him to court, but he's a fish. You can't catch him unless you've got resources that are uncommon or inaccessible to the average person. I hope someone puts him away and gets at least some of the money back that he's stolen from trusting consumers. He has left a trail of damaged and broke people in his wake. He's a Bernie Madoff on a smaller scale. I want my money back!!! I did not get what I paid for AT ALL! Beware of him. He's on MySpace and other online sites trying to find his next victims. Watch out!

He doesn't do his scamming at the actual seminar.

When Kevin Mills does his Learning Annex presentation, he does not sell anything. The presentation is actually very good. I shouldn't have spoken against Learning Annex. They have great programs. This guy is just a bad seed. He does NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) and other mind-control tactics, and then encourages people to contact him outside the seminar. That is where he waylays you. He makes a lot of promises, takes your money, and then doesn't deliver. When you try to find him, you can't. When you try to sue him, you can't. When you try to get your money back, you're screwed. I hope he goes to jail. He's a low-life punk-a*s thief! Yes, MANY other people were hurt by him. They were betrayed and robbed. Thankfully, I only lost five grand. Some of the others lost tens of thousands in programs they didn't get or bad deals. I wish more people knew about this website.

There are many students at the siminar. Are you the only person who file the complain?  Sometimes people speak only one side of the story.
