Kevin Skipper Habitual Liar, Con Artist, Wilmington North Carolina
Kevin Skipper formerly of Dillon South Carolina last known to be in the Wilmington, NC & Myrtle Beach, SC area.
He is a Habitual Liar, who will lie to you about ANYTHING & Everything. If his lips are moving he is lying. He was fired/ran off from: Florence Mack Trucks, Waste Management, McNeilus, & just about everwhere else he held a job.
He passes himself off as an expert, a Green Beret & an Army Ranger NONE of which is true. He NEVER went through the Special Forces Q Course & has never even stepped foot on Ft. Benning where the home, HQ's & Army Ranger School is located. Kevin Skipper can talk a good game, with the best of the best, but ALWAYS remember it's all talk & it's ALWAYS A LIE. He's done it all, done it Faster, Harder, Better, in worse conditions etc...If you say you've been to the moon, he's been twice.
He Lies to anybody without reguard or hesitation & has a pretty decient memory but as all liars, forgets some of the lie & details, as he cant remember what lie he told & to whom. He is a highly likeable guy but beware, he's the Devil in disguise. If you meet him, know him, work with him or have any contact with him prepare yourself to be bombarded with lies.

Everything this man said is true. Kevin puts so much detail and emphasis in his lies that it's scary. I related many of his stories and behaviors to the woman he was engaged to. She confirmed many lies and was shocked at the others. She also saw zero evidence of a military career, time on a Canadian hockey team, etc. He will take fake phone calls constantly, pretend to respond to texts that don't exist.
I saw this report, but gave him the benefit of the doubt. I was so wrong! This guy is toxic. Ladies, be especially careful. He has a history of attaching himself to a woman and making it near impossible to disentangle yourself.
I wish I'd have listened to you Jeff.
