If you purchased with a credit card and less than 60 days have passed since the purchase, file a written chargeback request with your CC. Reason: a faulty product was delivered. Next time, spend a little more & buy a name brand battery from a reputable vendor. There are a LOT of 'Shopping Bots" on the web that include ratings for their listed vendors. Also, camera dealers usually sell computer batteries and photo dealer reviews, good & bad, can be found on "photo net".
