Keyboard Travel, Tom Woodward Tom Woodward Worst travel agent ever, misused my credit card, not responding to multiple calls, not doing work as promised. Internet
Tom Woodward is the owner and sole employee of Keyboard travel, so there's nobody above him to complain to. He gave me the best pprice on a cruise, so I hired him, but once he had my credit card number, he charged me service charges that I never agreed to pay him, and he made reservations at a hotel without my approval. He took 3 weeks to respond to a phone inquiry and he claimed to know nothing about two government charges in addition to those charges from the cruiseline. Beware!
