If you know you've been ripped off, and cannot get your money back from "KeyJobsOnline", contact either the FTC - Fair Trade Commission, and/or your State's Attorney General's office or BOTH. Yes, it will take some time and effort on your part, but if it's important to you, like it is to ME, then DO IT.
The FTC and your Attorney General will be GLAD to hear from you. Really! They're VERY interested to learn of Ripoffs, and WILL go to task for you. KeyJobsOnline is a vendor site through CLICKBANK, so also contact CLICKBANK and file a claim. However with CLICKBANK, you will need to 'stay on' them, so you need to check your computer every couple of days to see if you've received any communication from them. FIRST, either online or on the phone file a claim with the FTC. Then the Attorney General.
