This company collaborated with facebook deals to offer various deals. I bought a massage for myself and my husband. The company who was supposed to provide the massage cancelled numerous times and finally they settled upon an appointment date and no-one was there when my husband showed up for his massage. After months of receiving no service, I contacted KGBDeals who gave me the run around and finally refused a refund saying we have to dispute it with our financial institution.
