Khaled M. Marks, Robert Whited [supposedly an attorney] and Dr. Victoria Kenneth are frauds/scammers who claim to provide funds for purchase and rehab loans for investment property. In order to obtain a loan Marks and Whited request an adminstrative fee for legal cost and insurance to indemnify the loan, in this instant case $1,060. After deposit of the administrative fee into the account of Robert Whited [TD Bank account number 9244774695] loan proceeds are suppose to be wired to settlement company. These guys even send an authentic looking Money Transfer Request.
However, in comes another co-conspirator Dr. Victoria Kenneth, Director of Internal Remittance Dept, Transfer Consult Services, who says the funds cannot be released until a 3% transfer commission is paid. At this point Marks will express his consternation and to allay your concerns will offer to pay 40% of the fee: an inducement to extract 60% of the transfer commission. Unfortunately I am out $1,060 plus the cost to have an appraisal [$465] done on the property which is also suspect. Avoid these frauds/scammers at all cost - a lesson well learned.

KHALED MARKS and his band of theives each deserve no less that confinement to a federal prison. And I repeat, DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS MAN OR ANYONE AFFILIATED WITH HIM BECAUSE THEY ARE CROOKS.
Wait until my partners, who were also victims, post their remarks and you will surely see his operation is intended only to DEFRAUD.

My name is Roland b*** and my address is **** southfeed,MI 48075 and am 54years old,at first when i need a loan,i met mr khaled on internet who give out loan to people who need help before i met who told me he has obtain a loan from khaled before because of that i have the courage to obtain a loan from him because i was scam before,at first i was ask to pay for admin charge before i we get the loan and i call my friend and he explain to me that the lender is a trusted man and i pay the fee of $3,050 and after i was ask to pay for a commision charge from TCS before i can get the loan,
i was mad,i call my friend and my attorney and he told me to move on and after some few days,i have to pay him the commision charge,surprisely after some days,i got the loan into my bank account,i was surprise and my business is moving on and am paying the interest too and i have refer alot of my friend to him and am proudly to say mr khaled mark is a real and trusted lender in USA,i was shock to see his name here as a frauster because i have met with him one on one in west virginia,please go and sort things out with him,he is a very busy gentle man and i believe you we get your loan successful.mr khaled is a kind man ok
