i ordered 4 pairs of sneakers from the 1 of may to the 25 of may and tm finally seeing that one of the 4 pairs has been up grader to prossing what help is that they say that it takes about 20 days its been a month where is my sneakers

its been over 3 months and he still wont answer any e mail i send if there is some way i could get my sneakers or the money back could you please help me (ripoffreport) i really need help
