I purchased a 2005 Kia Sorento from a different garage, Fremuts Garage and Gas Station in Deep River, CT. It turns out the car had a bad 5th and 6th cyclinder (dont buy a car from them) But back to the Kia , I was unaware at the time the exact reason why the check engine light was on i was told it was a coil but the computer was only coming back with one code a misfire. I brought it to the Kia Mazda of Old Saybrook and they said it was an engine coil. I left it there all day got home from work and went back and they said, "oh ya we just decided to put spark plugs in because we actully found that the coil didn't need to be installed," which the a*****e behind the counter was standing there with my new coil in his hand not in my car and he flops a receipt for $378.00 dollars worth of spark plugs so I said, "why is the coil not in my car?" Him and his little partner continue to play this "I dont know what you're talking about I'm just gonna ignore the fact that we just robbed you" run around which finally led me to leaving without haveing to pay and they immediatly ripped up the receipt before I could even take it for evidence that they destroyed my car. I took the car to a different garage before I went to kia there computer showed one code a misfire the next day i took the car to another garage 8 different codes showed up the evil greedy gremlins down at kia mazda of oldsaybrook unplugged sensors didnt tighten bolts and parts lost bolts didnt replace things corectly and these terrorist are suppose to be ASE certified so the outcome i had to pay to have everything fixed and was forced to sell the car the cost of repairs kia caused $1400.00 dollars thanks kia mazda of oldsaybrook and thats not includeing the original problem that i went to kia mazda of oldsaybrook in the first place witch they never even located all they did was ruin my car my wallet and caused me a hole tone of stress so lets all work togther and leave these people in the dust do not go to kia mazda of oldsaybrook AGAIN THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST I hope they read this and change there ways but do not become another victim in there trail of destruction
