Kicks And Clothes CREDIT CARD FRAUD/ IDENTITY THEFT?? Internet
This website is an urban clothing site. It looks homemade which to me is a red flag that it may be a fraud.
My boyfriend ordered a pair of shoes from this website. He obviously entered his name, address, and his credit card information. Its been a few weeks and still no shoes, he received a 'confirmation' email...which verified his order and his Information...the one thing that was missing was the TRACKING NUMBER for UPS...go figure. I went to the website and they claim to 'send the tracking number within 2-4 days' they also have a 'tracking' link on the website and its clearly fraudulent they make the excuse that it is "too time consuming to update"
they have a list of order numbers with tracking numbers, so I matched ours up (AB-1200) went to UPS.com and typed in the 'tracking number' Kicksandclothes.com provided (Ea883466320cn). it said the order was shipped May 2008, We placed the order November 2008.....obvious fraud.
The credit card that was used, thankfully was not mine; So i do not know if anything has been charged against it. I just wanted this company to be reported so that others do not make the same foolish mistake as my boyfriend.

FIRST OFF WE ARE OFFENDED THAT YOU CLAIM THAT OUR WEBSITE LOOKS HOMEMADE. 2ND WE ARE A LEGITIMATE COMPANY AND HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 2 YEARS (WE JUST STARTED SELLING ONLINE). WE WISH YOU WOULD HAVE CONTACTED US FIRST BEFORE POSTING THIS NASTY REPORT BECAUSE IT IS UNTRUE. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER IT MAY BE FOR SEVERAL REASONS LIKE SUPPLYING US THE INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS, MAYBE IT WENT INTO YOUR JUNK EMAIL BOX, OR YOU MAY WE HAVE VERY WELL FORGOT TO SEND IT TO YOU. WE ARE NOT PERFECT AND WE WILL NEVER CLAIM TO BE PERFECT. BUT ONE THING WE WILL DO IS TAKE CARE OF OUR CUSTOMERS. WE SURE WISH YOU WOULD HAVE CONTACTED US BEFORE LEAVING THIS NASTY REPORT BECAUSE YOUR ISSUE IS A SIMPLE FIX. PLEASE SHOOT US AN EMAIL SO WE CAN MAKE SURE WE GET YOU THE INFORMATION ON YOUR ORDER. WE ARE UNABLE TO IDENTIFY WHO YOU ARE BECAUSE YOU DID NOT LEAVE YOUR ORDER NUMBER OR NAME. JUST A LITTLE SIDE NOTE, WE NO LONGER USE ORDER NUMBERS BEGINNING WITH "AB"...YOUR ORDER NUMBER SHOULD START OFF WITH "KC"...SO YOU MAY EVEN HAVE THE WRONG WEBSITE... WHO KNOWS??? ANY HOW PLEASE CONTACT US SO WE CAN ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR FIX YOUR CONCERNS.. P.S. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT AROUND THE HOLIDAYS SHIPPING TAKES TWICE AS LONG... THANK YOU, KICKSANDCLOTHES.COM OWNER
