I read the negative reports about this company while investigating the delivery of my own order only after several phone calls and e-mails to the company. I can understand the holiday hold ups. However, with all the on-line scamming going on, one can surely understand why someone would panic when they have no way of tracking their merchandise and has not received a response to any calls or e-mails so I don't believe the purpose of the reponses are intended to sabatodge your company. If the holiday mail was or is the hold up then I apologize but at this time I am not sure of a misunderstanding since I have still not heard back from anyone at kicksandclothes.com. I would truley appreciate my merchandise instead of a refund due to my daughter really wanting these shoes.

I HAVE RECEIVED A FULL REFUND FROM WWW.KICKSANDCLOTHES.COM. THIS WAS JUST A BIG MISUNDERSTANDING. MY SHOES WERE SHIPPED BUT WERE DELAYED DUE TO THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS WHICH IS NOT WWW.KICKSANDCLOTHES.COM FAULT. WWW.KICKSANDCLOTHES.COM IS A LEGIT COMPANY!!!

FIRST OFF WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS OVER 2 YEARS AND NOT 1 COMPLAINT UP UNTIL NOW. AROUND CHRISTMAS ORDERS TYPICALLY TAKE LONGER THAN NORMAL TO DELIVER. THE ABOVE CUSTOMER FAILED TO CONTACT US BEFORE LEAVING THIS NASTY REPORT. THEY ORDERED LESS THAN 2 WEEKS AGO AND DID NOT EVEN GIVE IS A CHANCE TO FIX WHATEVER PROBLEM THEY HAD. WE CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER TO SEE WHAT THE ISSUE WAS AND THERE ONLY ISSUE WAS THEY DID NOT RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER. A VERY SIMPLE FIX FOR US IF WE WOULD HAVE BEEN CONTACTED PRIOR TO THEM LEAVING IS A NASTY REPORT ONLINE TRYING TO TARNISH OUR REPUTATION. WE REFUNDED THE CUSTOMER AND STOPPED THEIR SHIPMENT BECAUSE THESE ARE NOT PEOPLE WE WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH.... THANK YOU, KICKSANDCLOTHES.COM EMPLOYEE
