In no way am I trying to be nasty toward anybody. The article that I wrote is simply stating the truth about how I as the consumer have encountered problems with this website. I would absolutely love to see a rebuttal to the article that I wrote as I'm sure so would others. If in fact kicksandclothes plans on delivering my product then I would love to know why they have treated me and so many others as unprofessionaly as what they have. I am begging to see a rebuttal that might possibly put a positive spin on such poor customer service practices.
