I am seeing the exact same problems as every other report that I've read hear. I have sent kicksand clothes 22 emails from two seperate email accounts and have received one reply. That reply simply stated that they were a legit company and were "not worried" about any action taken against them. They never in their reply answered the questions that I did ask them such as where my tracking number was.

I purchased a pair of shoes from them on 12-8-08 and my money was also taken almost immediately. A few days later, they sent me a email telling me that they were shipped but in the space provided for a tracking number,it was blank.Thistipped me off instantly that something was not right.

I see that there have been a couple of rebuttals posted on this website from an employee of kicksandclothes. It is kind of ironic that an employee of kicksandclothes has the time to post positive messages on this site about that company but can't find the time to email the paying customers any sort of reply when it comes to the status of their order.

I simply want the product that I paid for. A simple email would be appreciated to let me know that they are serious about pleasing their customer.So far, nothing could befurther from the truth.

In no way am I trying to be nasty toward anybody. The article that I wrote is simply stating the truth about how I as the consumer have encountered problems with this website. I would absolutely love to see a rebuttal to the article that I wrote as I'm sure so would others. If in fact kicksandclothes plans on delivering my product then I would love to know why they have treated me and so many others as unprofessionaly as what they have. I am begging to see a rebuttal that might possibly put a positive spin on such poor customer service practices.
