Kids R our Future is a Pre-School/Childcare center.
I worked there for about 2 months and in these 2 month I saw so much that it is still hard for me to believe that this place gets support from the government.
If you are considering in putting your child in this day care pleas think twice about it.
Your child will suffer in this place. They tend to be very nice to your child while you are there but once you leave, there is no one from management that will even care if your child eats on time or if your child is getting enough food. During the time that I worked there I saw little one year olds that would get grown up foods like celery or sandwiches for lunch. When I say sandwiches I mean have of a cheese and ham sandwich that always ended up on the floor (we the workers were told that we could not help the kids eat so we had to just watch them starve). I saw how this one year olds that have barely all of there teeth had to fight there way through one single celery stick as snack and then sit on there chairs and be hungry after they would notice that they could not swallow the celery.
But the most disturbing thing I possibly saw was a 2 year old that took of here dipper and started to play with her privet aria in front of the other kids. That still bothers me. I told Mr. Holbert about it because I thought that he would take some kind of action but no all he sad was quote. What do you mean by playing with her privets?.
That alone made me mad, even after explaining it to him all he sad was writ a report to keep it in her file and that was the solution to it.
The little girl kept up with this behavior and every time any of the workers would address this situation Mr. Holbert would do nothing about it.
Then how we the workers were treated that was just sad. If you were sick and I mean sick were you can barely hold yourself up Mr. Holbert would still expect you to go the work.
My husband called in for me once because I was sick in bed and the director Mrs. Cindy gave him a nasty answered about me having to call in myself.
For some Rison Mr. Holbert decided to have a Mandatory Meeting on a Saturday.
We all had Saturdays of for we all only worked from Monday- Friday.
I attend school on Saturday mornings so I told him that I would not be able to be there for this meeting.
He yield at me I thought that he was going to hit me he demanded from me that I had to be in the meeting which I then just told him that I quit.
Please be care full I wish that I could report this man to the police or something he even took 90 dollars out of my paycheck without telling it to me. It is unbelievable that such things can happen and nothing is ever don against.
But I tell you this place is not a safe place for either the children that go there nor the workers.

"Money Hungry" Nothing could be further from the truth. Kids R' Our Future Preschool has very competitive prices; in fact they have proven to be one of the most competitive prices in the area. "Moni" also had a child who attended and she got a very good discount as well. "Moni" was a former worker who was a one's and two's Teacher, she seem to be very offended when asked to attend a mandatory staff meeting. "Moni" was asked to bring in her school schedule which would excused her form attending. Unfortunately she wasn't able to produce the school schedule and decided to quite when told that she would have to attend. Kids R' Our Future Preschool understands the level of importance to communicate with staff. They believe in effective and productive communication which will improve the knowledge of company and staff. Any company that doesn't keep the lines of communication open has missed opportunities. Positive team players are needed to make a difference in the lives of children. Kids R' Our Future is extremely compassionate about providing a high level of safety and security for all of the students that attend. They participate with-in the state food program guidelines, and have never had an unsafe situation regarding a child choking from foods. Kids R' Our Future's teachers are especially trained with CPR/First Aid and are aware of food safety. "Moni" makes a statement that questions her compassion and heart "quote" 'we the workers were told that we could not help the kids eat,so we just had to watch them starve". This would be unacceptable for any person; "Moni" was a teacher for this room as well , and her reason for never complaining is because,this never happened, these are outlandish false remarks. "Moni" makes a statement regarding a 2 year old removing their diaper and touching them self in inappropriate areas. She was also one of the teachers in this room who was responsible for managing and monitoring the student's activities and behavior. Kids R' Our Future Preschool fosters a positive environment which influences proper early childhood growth and development. Kids R' Our Future follows the state guildlines regarding preventative measures that are taken to ensure appropriate and positive behavior. Kids are encouraged and guided to express them selves through positive fun activities that develops positive social and educational skills that enriches there ability to effectively communicate. "Moni" makes a statment regarding money being withdrew from her check, she knew about money that she owed, because her child attended Kids R' Our Future Preschool. When she quite, she did not want to pay them the balance that she owed. "She is very disgruntled" "This is a true story".
