When purchasing from Kiki Hamann LLC, all payments are made thru PayPal. She had a shipping estimate of up to 90 days. Several instances of product not arriving in that time frame and PayPal not assisting as it was outside the time within which to protest. Additionally, she was at times ask for payment for the merchandise to be sent as a "gift" instead of payment for merchandise, thereby also negating a customers ability to challenge an order. Do not pay as a gift for merchandise, and ensure your product is delivered in the designated time frame or you could lose your money and never receive the merchandise.

Too many unanswered question by Kiki Hamann. Instead of answering questions regarding frais allegations, she and her husband slander people calling them an evil pack of haters, and never directly address the issues. These are the unanswered questions regarding her business practices.
1. paid for but undelivered purchases to customers.
2. Defective product. Examples include cardboard (UPS or fed ex cut up boxes used as bottoms of high priced dog bags, instability of side of bags which collapse and do not hold their structure, crystals that fall off almost immediately from the bags, lack of any hooking system inside the bags to keep the dogs safe, complaints of inferior leather or pleather used on bags, furoskis made with materials that are insufficient to hold the weight of a dog and rips upon use, hand made harnesses that do not fit the dogs properly despite exact measurements being given, and a host of other issues
3. Allegations of a fraudulent organization used as an organization for which donations would be made following public events. I Love My Human is not a 501c3 organization and is not registered with the IRS. She owes an explanation to the companies and individuals who donated of how those donated funds were used and to provide copies of tax returns and accounting statements
4. Allegations of non payment for three of her primary dogs used for modeling for her products. Josie, Amadeus and Dash. the breeders of these dogs have not been paid, and the male dogs are used as studs for breeding purposes despite contracts that say no breeding.
5. despite these being retail sales, why are sales taxes not collected and why are sales not reported to the individual states
6. why is payment required up front thru paypal and then often deliveries delayed or not even sent past the time within PayPal thereby providing the buyer no recourse.
7. Why are purchases for merchandise thru paypal often requested to be sent as a gift to friend or family instead of as payment for merchandise, as required by the PayPal Terms. Sending payment as a gift to friend or family voids a buyers recourse for non delivery and avails the customer no ability to protect himself
8. an explanation of why instead of addressing concerns, emails are sent regarding libel and slander and threats of lawsuits.
9. An explanation of why of addressing concerns and fixing product problems, emails are sent disparaging the customer and accusing them of not being worthy of the wonderful world of Kiki Hamann
10. Please address the issue of long delays in shipment and delivery that appeat to be made for the sole purpose of going past the PayPal resolution time period
using threats of libel, slander and intimitation tactics is not a positive front for an alleged upscale operation. Saying people who believe they are entitled to answers are an evil pack of haters is not a very good defense. buyer beware
