Kilowatt Financial / Energy Service Experts Kilowatt Solar, Kilowatt Financial, Energy Service Experts. DOUBLE BILLING / CALLS NOT ANSWERED / NO RESPONSE Dallas Texas
No one answers phone calls. You sit on hold for hours. No one responds to e-mails. They have been double billing ACH Debits to my checking. Problem started in September, 2020. I lease my Solar panels. Never had any problems until now. Numerous e-mails sent.
No responses other than sending automated e-mails saying: " Due to Covid-19 we are experiencing delays" I can not afford for them to be taking double lease payments out of my checking account. I need help to resolve this. I am in New jersey. Does anybody have any sugestions?
