The solar system was down for a year. The actual box had no power going to it. Company is creating fake bills.
However, they sent me a monthy bill with utilization that showed I was using X amount of kwh per month. But that would be impossible for them to know, since the system was not powered on due to a blown fuse. I had to double pay for almost a year, one payment to my standard electic company and one payment to Kilowatt Systems.
Even though the system did not work and I paid for it for a entire year, they only gave me credit for 2 months.
I have sent many, many emails, with no replies. I have also called the support number and they do not call you back.
