Pictured on Facebook large cubes in horse troughs. They had a "Hot Sale" offering 3 for the price of 2. Sent 3 very small cubes - fish bowl size. Your order number is 25475S154340 and the product name is 2024 Hot Sale - Water Trough Purifier CubeBUY 1 ONLY. I emailed back and forth with them and they refused to refund or exchange. Offered me $5 compensation on over $75 spent. They said things like: We are so sorry for your dissatisfaction. However, upon inspection by our warehouse, the items dispatched to you align with your original order. As a sign of goodwill, we would like to offer compensation of 5USD. Will that be acceptable? I'm sorry about that the goods we sent you are correct. We will certainly urge our relevant departments to constantly improve. Hope to provide you with better service. Thank you for your understanding.
