Dixie Bedding customer service is very horrible. They do not take the time to listen to your concerns or wellfair of their product. The lady on the other end hung up the phone on me twice. As I was explain to her my situation she raised her voice at me not even getting upset or raising my voice at her. I asked her for the name of the owner to the business and she advised me that information was not for the public to know. HORRIBLE customer service. What kind of business can not give out the name of it's owner???? After spending $300 on a mattress and a year later you would think they would have some kind of understanding to your situation but that did not happen, I think I need to go to a small claims court as well
