Kings Down THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTY, BUYER BEWARE!!! NORTH CAROLINA
bought a kings down mattress 5 years ago and only both sides of the bed which me and my wife sleep on there developed this MASSIVE impressions on the bed and it was almost unbearable to sleep in. Kings Down warranty department are less than friendly when you call them and they make you go through hell and high water to start the warranty process. The personel are less than forth coming and its obvious they go out of their way to not give you a straight answer. Also they claim that any impression less than 2 INCHES supposed to happen as the bed is meant to "conform" to your body. (laughable)
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!... this company is hell bent on not honoring their warranty
if you are planning on getting a kings down mattress, DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE, get another mattress and save yourself the trouble
the bed sucked after 2 years and was WAY OVERPRICED ASWELL!!
