Kipp Sackett (real name )aka Kipp Kelly aka Byron Wall aka Brien Toure .This man is a con artist at best . He tells people that he is a meteorologist and if you look him up . He did one bull crap story which i believe is fake . He uses his fake job to con people . He is on dating sites claiming to be single and he is clearly married. He also talksreally fast and lies about everything that comes from his mouth . As of now he uses Craiglista lot to lure his victims .
