About 7 years ago, my husband packaged and mailed his games system (I'll leave it unnamed, since all is resolved) as per the company's instructions for shipping in items for repair. A month, then two, then three (past the promised repair & return date) passed. While he didn't call daily, my husband called repeatedly. After FOUR months had gone by, we began to think that unless we vehemently pursued legal action, the system would be forever lost in its company's beaurocracy. Well, believe it or not...we finally got, not it, but a brand new one! Five weeks, yes, but hey. Then, less than 1 week after that - we recieved another. Now, so you don't go thinking badly of my beloved spouse and I...we did call The Company to arrange the 2nd system's return; however, they insisted it was ours. Oookay! We sold it and made $150. So...persevere!!
