Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Yesterday, 12/11 about 5pm a man with short dark hair, blue unironed shirt and a snarky attitude came to my door saying he was from Kirby of Keizer on River Rd. I stopped him right there and said I was not in need of his services. I know all about Kirby Vacuums and if I wish to seek their services that I would contact them. I have a No Solications sign at my front door. He prceeded with his speel and I said thank you but I am in the middle of cutting my husbands hair and I have no time for thank you and please leave. He put his foot in my door as I was closing it. I said NO thank you and told him to leave. The Community in which I live has a posted sign of "No Solicatations" as well

After he left I went out to my truck (it needs washed) and found "F* YOU" written on my drivers side door. Not only being rude and not taking a hint at my door he was childish and immature as well as scratching the paint on my vehicle...I will now NEVER go to kirby.

Mrs. C. We were disheartened to read your message about individuals who may be affiliated with an independently owned and operated distributorship of Kirby products. While The Kirby Company is not a party to any agreements between salespersons and distributorships, The Kirby Company still takes matters involving these businesses seriously.  Please call us at 1-800-494-8586, M-F 8 am-5 pm (EST) as we would like to investigate your concerns further.  We look forward to speaking with you.

If this salesperson damaged your property, you need to file a police report, identify the salesperson and press criminal charges. I would also make sure the person was put on notice if they return, they will be charged with criminal trespass.  I would also ask the police to check to see if this person has a permit to solicit or if they are doing so illegally.
