Kitchen Aide whirlpool I bought a new kitchen aide mixer in 2016. i recieved a used one and not a new one. I sent it back by fed Ex. They recieved the mixer back. They refuse to give me my money back. geeenville Ohio
In november 2016 i bought what i thought was a new kitchen Aide artisan stand mixer. I recieved a used one. I called kitchen aid and told them it was used. We arranged to send it back with fed ex. They recieved the mixer back on Nov 7,2016. It was sighned for by J Stappleton at 9:02 AM. They refused to give me my money back. The first excuse was that they did not recieve it. The second excuse was that it was not the one they sent me. I have tried repeatedly to get my money back. My bank bank of america has tried to get my money back. Here it is 2017 and they have not refunded my $335.00. They have been cheating many people out of money. Go to pissedoffconsumers website and you can see the stories of all the people kitchen aide has cheated. I'm disabled and sick a lot. I have no one to help. A lawyer wants $2,500.00 retainer. please help me. I am an honest person who has been cheated. please please help.
