KitchenAid Built in Refrigerator - $7,000. WASTE Benton Harbor Michigan

I purchased a KitcenAid Built in Refrigerator for $7,000.00 2 months after puchase I called their repair service and indicated that the bottom drawer of the refrigerator did not seem to keep anything cold enough - especially meat. Every other refrigerator I have owned always kept the meat cold. Cold air is supposed to drop. Not in the refrigerator. THe temperature in the bottom drawer runs 43 degrees. After several phone calls and service calls KitchenAid engineers now tell me that it is normal for that. That is the way it is supposed to be. They have done nothing but push me around from person to person. When the last repair man was here he replaced the evaporator motor. He did this after he stood in my kitchen and callled Kitchenaid and they advised him that was the problem. However, after that repair the temperature went up to 45 degrees He then called Kitchen aid again and they instructed him to test all of the thermisters. They all checked out okay. Then they said they were going to pass the problem onto their Engineering Department. After waiting another week they came back and said "43 - 45 degrees is normal, that's the temperature that the bottom drawer should be". Are you kidding me??? I have a second refrigerator out in my garage that I paid $150.00 for and the temperature in the bottom drawer is 35 degrees. I have to run out to the garage and put meats in that refrigerator to keep them safe from spoiling while this $7000. piece of junk sits in my kitchen with nothing perishable in it. It is only good for leftovers and water. What a complete waste of $7000.00. I only asked KitchenAid to fix the problem nothing more but it seems they do not care.
