You know my name. You've got my address. You were always able to find me when I started to become an annoyance to you, relating my story about your scam on the internet.
And I probably should be quite worried that you do know where I live. You having someone to come over to my house will probably end with me getting all my personal belongings stolen, given the way you obviously conduct business.
Well, it is 2013 now and you still owe me either a few kites or my money back. Getting as personal as you have I might from my side suggest to come over to your home to collect what you took from me or what you have never sent. You see, I know your address too, Mr. Mazure.

AGAIN... You REALLY think I'm here to RIP OFF people with kites n Wind spinners... You should write a BOOK on how to ruin lives over NOTHING. If this is the same person who NOW chooses to not reveal the name I SENT YOUR MONEY & I will send it AGAIN n take the loss to stop your HARASSMENT.

I am also a victim of Devon Mazure and his internetstores kiteskiteskites.com, wind-wheels.com. I have also had (and am still having) an incredibly bad experience with this person, just like Jolie.
I am a European citizen, not a U.S. resident. This is probably why in my case Mr. Mazure has never found it necessary to refund me, as my legal means to drag him into court are limited (and will cost me a multitude of the sum he has stolen from me).
To make a long story short: My order placed with kiteskiteskites.com in 2008 was never received by me. I had paid through Paypal. When Mr. Mazure did not respond to any effort from my side to get in touch with him (email, phone), I filed a complaint with Paypal. They could not get hold of Mr. Mazure either, granted my request and tried to retrieve the money from his Paypal-account. His account was however cleared and that was it then basically for Paypal. Sorry fella, this is all we can do. Now you have to try further yourself
Yes , this is true! This is how Paypal deals with these situations. They are a online banking system, not a legal instance. So when something goes wrong, like in my case, youre on your own. Until this day I have never seen any merchandise or have ever received any penny back from kiteskiteskites.com.
I subsequently put my story online in order to warn others (and in particulary international customers) to buy from this crook.
Since then however Mr. Mazure has employed remarkable activity in writing rebuttals and stating online how he has several times refunded me (however NEVER posting any proof or receipt of any refund ever. Although I several times pointed this out to him online he cannot produce ANY evidence of a refund). Although he has all my contact details, Mr. Mazure has also NEVER tried to contact me directly to resolve this issue.
Now Mr. Mazures latest online effort is to either state that I am not a real victim and /or that my story is bogus.
I can assure any reader that I am a very real person. (Ms. Julie can confirm this as she got directly in touch with me) and that my experience with kiteskiteskites.com is not BOGUS. Mr. Mazure took my money and has NOT refunded me in any way!!! That makes him to this day: A common THIEF!
I leave it up to anyone to decide to buy from him or not. If you are a U.S. resident Mr. Mazure might probably not dare to steal your money, fearing legal consequences. But (especially international) customers be warned: Your money will very likely be gone and you will be in trouble just like me! There are other bona fide sites like (((Redacted))).
I have bought from them in the past and never had any trouble. I strongly advise everyone reading this to do the same!!!

Although I finally received a refund after 6 months of frustration trying to get through to this business (with voicemails, emails and regular mails), I have recently discovered that Devon Mazure has gotten back at me for using consumer complaint websites like this one by making my personal information public. This just reinforces my extremely low opinion of Devon's business practices. Had Devon responded in a timely manner to my inquiries I wouldn't have had to resort to online complaint boards. The lame excuse of "computer problems" doesn't cut it since I sent hard copies of my order and letters asking what was going on through the regular mail and I have the proof of delivery slips. So Devon, trashing me, posting my personal information on the web and trying to sound like poor little you is getting picked on is just proof of how low you can go.

After six months of unsuccessful emails, regular mails (in which I included hard copies of my original order and their confirmation of my order), phone calls and filing complaints all over the internet (including the BBB), Kiteskiteskites has finally given me a refund with the lame excuse of "computer problems". Thank you for sites like this that let us consumers who are getting shafted get our complaints heard. I'm positive that being a vociferous "squeaky wheel" on the internet has directly contributed to my getting a refund. And although I finally did get a refund, I cannot with good conscience recommend Kiteskiteskites and that you should proceed with great caution if ordering from this company.
