Jeff I see that you have reviewed my case, and know all the agreements made by me and this attorney, and also reviewed the all of my paperwork, taped recordings, and daily diarys that I had to do for this attorney. You see I had severe head injuries and I had to do this. Also I have had four of the biggest firms here in Columbus review my documents, and two in Dayton. All I ask is my day in court, thats why you hire attorneys I thought, for there expertease, you don't hire a auto body repair man to rebuild your motor for you would you? All I ask is my day in court and turn back the hands of time

Greg, I don't know the attorney you mentioned but think it would be wise for you to study the law you are discussing. To blame an attorney for being a lawyer is silly- and you clearly don't know how the workers compensation system works. In a perfect world the law would always be what you want it to be and attorneys would always be praised. In reality we want to blame the attorney because we don't like how the law affected us. I say this as a person who works for a legal publisher (we print the law attorneys use) and who also has regrets about how a case ended up for me (adoption case). I think you should read up on the law and take your report off this site. It took me ahwile to get over my regrets about my lost case, but I did. I did not blame the attorney that helped me.
