On May 26, 2015 I returned a Quilt set to the local store for credit.  Took them days before it showed up as a credit, since then I have attempted many, many times to obtain my refund of $172.80 to no avail.  Impossible to speak with someone in authority at Kohls.  They state that it has been resulved on June 8th and a check was supposed to have been mailed.  It is now June 22, no check and they can't tell me what went wrong.  Customer serivce can't call the dept. who is supposed to send out the checks they have to file a report which seems to get lost in cyber space all the time.  Each call I make they say wait five days and call back, call back and again nothing has happened.

When I buy they push a button and have their money, me I am now days down the line with no hope in sight for my refund.

Impossible company to work with.
