Koi Saetern Koi Sautern Placed a fabricated, malicious and defamatory review online with intent to adversely impact and extort our business. San Diego California San Diego California
Koi Saeturn conspired with an individual named Harkriten Kaur to defame and extort our business. At first, Harkiten attempted to call the business to demand the return of money for goods purchased. Harkiten lied about the credit card purchases, despite being revealed on camera purchasing the items in question. They then proceeded to do a credit card charge back for the goods. Koi than used her Elite member status on Yelp to create an entirely fabricated review where she lied about the prices charged by our business, accused us of unethial business practices, and disparaged our employees and clientele. Her review was comprised of complete and utter lies, all of this done to weild power over, injure, and coerce money from our business.
Koi Saetern is an unethical and slanderous individual that will lie, cheat, and steal for personal gain. We will be pursuing legal action against her. She should not be trusted. Special warning to all hotels, event businesses, restaurants, and travel companies, as she will conspire in credit card chargebacks and reputation defamation.
