I ordred from this company in early October, and didn't get the correct and complete order until mid-December. First off, I ordered the black/chrome Korean "K" emblems from this company for my 07 Spectra SX. A few days later I received an email that they didn't have the correct size in that color, and that they could send the right ones in chrome and "carbon fiber." So I called them and told them this was ok, as they look great online. When I received the emblems in the mail, in addition to the fact that they looked like some of the cheap garbage you find at Auto-Zone or something, they were also the wrong size and very tiny. So I called and told the only person there that ever answers the phone, that I needed to return these. The lady (Caitlin) then proceeded to tell me that I was wrong, and that they in fact had sent out the right sizes for my car.

After a fair bit of back and forth including generous use of "I'm looking right at it" and sending pictures of the emblem measurements to her directly that proved her wrong, she finally agreed to replace my emblems. So to help make sure I got the correct sizes, in addition to the pictures/measurements I emailed to her, I also drew an outline of them on a sheet of white paper to illustrate their exact size and sent it to them along with the incorrect emblems. Caitlin assured me I would get the correct sizes and that she had forwarded my measurements to her "shipping manager," which I expect is probably her husband sitting on the couch next to her at her house where she takes calls for their "company." Anyways, after another week I received the new emblems, only to find out that I had received the wrong sizes AGAIN. My car has two different sized emblems, and the emblem they sent for the front fit, but the one for the rear was too big. So upon calling and asking how it's possible that after I took so many steps to insure my order was correct this time, how is it possible that they screwed up again? I received an "I don't know but you have to send the wrong order back." Sweet. This time out of pocket.

Well in the meantime I moved to Canada, and not only told them that I was moving and when I would be unavailable, but still when I got to canada-after spending about $30 calling Caitlin every day and getting nothing but the run-around (no tracking numbers or anything,) I found out much to my dismay that my order had been sent to my old address in the states around 3,000 miles away. Hooray! Guess how much fun it was for me to fix that? And that's not the end. When I finally received the new emblem, it was that crappy carbon fiber zig-zag sticker that looks about as pretty as a bag of used condoms. So then I had to wait another few weeks of calling and calling and nothing happening and then paying again followed by more calling and never getting any emails or any word about anything to FINALLY get the order completed-two beautiful emblems with sorry looking fake carbon fiber in them which I'll have to paint. Nice. It's rather unfortunate that to get the Korean look that you have to deal with this company. Be very careful when you deal with them.
