Kovuza Shoes I purchased a Pair of walking shoes for my wife from Kovuza Shoes. The ad said shipped from Oklahoma City , Ok. 73170 so I figured it would be good a shoe. We got the shoes about two weeks later and they are very cheaply made with rubber glued on the material ,no arch support and smell like model airplane glue . There Ad said if not satisfied we will make it right They try everything but make it right

I purchased a Pair of walking shoes for my wife from Kovuza Shoes. The ad said shipped from Oklahoma City , Ok. 73170 so I figured it would be good a shoe. We got the shoes about two weeks later and they are very cheaply made with rubber glued on the material ,no arch support and smell like model airplane glue .I reached out right a way to Kovuza.com and was told to send pictures which i did and explained what problem this was to us. The answer I got was no problem in workmanship no refund.
These shoes I would think are unhealthy to wear with that strong glue smell and no arch support .The advertised price was over $200.00 dollars for this cheap nasty shoes. I have sent emails back and forth and they said we would knock 30% and keep the shoes, I don't want any part of the shoes. I want full refund for false advertising and health reasons.
They say in a email that if I want a( full refund I need to send shoes to Zhe Jiang China and the expense will be very high and it will probably not get there anyway and I will never get a refund ). I asked why I couldn't ship to Oklahoma City and I was told that is just a place shoes are shipped from. I am 73 yrs old and have never dealt with company like this. I had no idea a pair of walking shoes would turn into such a problem.
