A few years back I bought a male kitten from Kristen. He later ended up having allergies and had a runny nose all the time. Kristen was always more than happy to help me find ways to help his symptoms. He also had a food allergy and she helped me to find a way to be able to provide him with a food that was cost friendly and gave him the protein he needed. No matter what question I called with or any thing she was always willing to help.
I am sorry you lost your pet but if she offered you a replacement that is very generous. She offers a 1 year guarantee if I am not mistaken. And at two years to offer you a new baby that is more than kind
I have to say that I am at this point discussing my second purchase from Kristen and would buy from no one else. She knows about her cats and loves them all from birth.
Her home is super clean even though she houses her kittens there. She is truly amazing

No lines are safe from HCM. Breeder that scan can still have HCM. Peoples children can have HCM are you going to try & public humiliate the parents too? Her offering you a replacement 2 years later was more than fair & what purpose does this report serve? She did not rip you off & as fair as taking a chance on another? Do you realize that any cat from any cattery you have a 10 % chance of getting another HCM cat? Looks like you really made a huge mistake with your treatment of Kristen. My Moo is 14 years old from her & I have never met a nicer breeder. If your complaint is true & you are not a breeder trying to bash her to help your business you really owe her an apology. Do you not think she did not love your cat as well?
