Krogers Misleading "for sale" items not checking out as on sale. Nashville Tennessee

Krogers at 5771 Nolesville Rd, Nashville, TN consistenly lists items on sale but they check out at full price at cash register. If you complain, then you are told to go stand in line at Customer Service even if you want to return the item. Line is always long and only one person working there. Clearance items are the same way; always checks out at full price. They like to say that maybe someone placed the wrong item there but there are dozens of these items sitting there. Will be avoiding all Krogers from now on.
