All companies have district and regional offices to whom you should report your concerns. My suggestion to you would be to go to another Kroger's, speak to the store manager and ask him for the name and phone number of the District Pharmacy Supervisor. I would then call this person and voice my complaint. Companies cannot fix things if they are not aware they are happening. Good luck to you!
